The Transformers), the original 1963
Astro Boy series was a "Japanimation" (known today as anime) series that spread to the USA market and was extremely popular among American viewers. So even though TVShowsOnDVD does not normally cover "anime", this is one of those shows which transcends that label and absolutely should be addressed here.
