K-pop girl group 2NE1 is the biggest winner in the 2010 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), romping off with four trophies including the Artist of the Year and Album of the Year.

The MAMA, held Nov. 28 in Macau, was dominated by artists from JYP Entertainment and YG Entertainment.

The Album of the Year award was for 2NE1’s “To Anyone” album.

It was noticeable that no artist under SM Entertainment including Girls Generation, Super Junior and BoA won any award, fueling speculation from fans that the ceremony had a “no show, no award” policy.

SM Entertainment, along with many K-pop artists, boycotted the awards. MAMA was accused of unfair selection of nominees.

Surprisingly, girl group rookie Miss A won the Song of the Year for “Bad Girl Good Girl," edging out established artists 2AM, 2PM, DJ Doc and 2NE1.

2NE1 is composed of Sandara Park, Park Bom, Minzy and CL.
