The Maxiren® range of 100% pure chymosin coagulants is specially developed  to meet today’s key cheese industry challenges: reliability, consistency and quality.
Traditionally, animal-derived rennets have been used to boost cheese yields and realise flavour development during the ripening process. However, as well as being unsuitable for vegetarians, these rennets are subject to frequent price fluctuations. Maxiren® enzymatic coagulants offer a highly functional alternative.
The range products are suitable for Halal, Kosher and vegetarian diets for all cheese types.
