Osaka Kansai International Airport is well-known as Japan’s main international airport that serves Osaka. The airport is also famous as one of the leading air amenities in Japan. Osaka Kansai International Airport is situated on an island (man-made), which is 40km away from central Osaka. The airport consists of 2 terminals named as Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Terminal 1 handles both international and local flights by consistent airlines. Terminal 1 is known as world’s longest terminal with a total length of 1.7 km. Terminal 2 is an LCC, which stands for Low-Cost Carrier and purpose of this terminal is to attract more Low-Cost Carrier. T2 only has one story building whereas T1 has 4 story buildings. Free shuttle buses are available among both terminals.
