Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, Continental, Google, OMV Petrom, Vodafone, Amazon, Renault Romania Group and Coca-Cola HBC Romania are the top ten "Most Wanted Employers" in Romania, according to a study by Catalyst Solutions.
The top ten is dominated by companies operating in IT, automotive, oil & gas, as well as companies in telecom and FMCG. The top 20 includes the financial-banking, consulting and BPO (business process outsourcing) industries.
The main criteria that the candidates take into account when applying for a job include a pleasant work environment, together with the salary package and benefits provided by the company.
Other criteria are job security, career development opportunities, and the training programs.
