This shampoo has everything. It’s concentrated so a little goes a long way and makes a lot of fluffy lather; even so, it’s much less expensive than a shampoo you might find at the pet store. The smell is soothing and calming, and it lasts for a while but it’s not overwhelming. Best of all, it leaves my dog’s hair soft and silky, and she doesn’t scratch anymore so I know it’s not irritating her skin. My dog hated her bath and now she loves it. What more could you want? I hope this product never goes away.

It does not lather as well as normal shampoo so you have to use more of it. The smell isn't terrible but I would not call it "Calming". It does make my dog really soft though. Not sure how it feels on the skin, I asked my dog but he just gave me a blank stare.

When they stated "a little bit goes a long way" they were not joking! This is definitely an amazing shampoo. This shampoo is very thick and doesn't need much to lather very nicely into my dogs fur. Mind you, my dog has a double coat. This shampoo is able to clean both coats and leave her with a soft fur and a long lasting clean scent. I plan on stocking up and buying at least 2 more bottles

I rarely leave product reviews, since I purchase so much through Amazon. But this product deserves recognition! I have 2 dogs. A Weimaraner, and I have a Chihuahua- Jack Russell mix. I always have had to use so much soap in the past to feel like I’m spreading the shampoo through all their fur. This shampoo lathers so well, it is so easy to use, and you don’t need very much. The smell is Awesome! A very mild but clean lavender smell, that makes your pets so sweet. I have never been this excited about a dog shampoo, but I almost look forward to bath time now. Thank you to the company that has developed this winner, of a shampoo! I also bought the waterless shampoo. Didn’t know what to think about that kind of shampoo, or how it would affect dogs. I spot cleaned the little one last week, after he rolled in something. It seemed to work wonders, and Gunner, had no allergy to it. He smelled fresh and clean.

This is a good product for my Yorkies fine, long hair. It made it smooth and no tangles. I don't know about the calming effect. Yorkies are never too calm. It smells good and makes their hair smooth and shiney. It rinsed out easily and their hair was easy to comb after drying.

My Golden Retriever is a fully trained Assistance dog in Australia. Ive been looking for a all in one shampoo that doesnt dry her skin out and that I can use 1-3 times a week depending on how dirty my girl gets and if im in hospital.
