I find that ESET does its job very well…

I find that ESET does its job very well and unobtrusively. I have never had any problems while using it. The staff are also very helpful and professional.

Easy Renewal

I have had ESET for a number of years and buy the 2 year renewal deal. ESET offers me peace of mind and I have been very happy with their service.
I do not have to worry about my licence running out as it is renewed automatically. I receive an email a few weeks before to ensure I wish to renew and what package I want and once I've agreed to that ESET do the rest.

Excellent service

I have always (over some years now) found ESET to be wholly effective in protecting from viruses and malware. It now protects several devices (including two phones). Because the devices change over time it has sometimes been necessary to change the number and type. A simple email has always resulted in prompt and helpful customer service. What more do we need?

Trusted ESET for over a decade

I have used ESET for well over a decade. At first because the factory installed software used up all of my memory and slowed the Internet to a snail pace.
Over time ESET has become more powerful and the odd time I needed support, they gave it in a clear and understandable way.
I would recommend ESET to everyone. Install it and forget it.

I've been using ESET for several years

I've been using ESET for several years, on 3 devices.
It as a small footprint, and doesn't slow the machines down. Updates regular, providing up to date security.
I've recommended it to many of my friend's.
Security, security, security. Excellent!

I Left ESET but Went Back Quickly

I was a long term ESET Internet Security user and happy with the product, that is until the product structures changed.
At that point, I upgraded to the Ultimate version but had a lot of trouble with it, particularly the VPN. ESET Support were very helpful with their process to assist but I felt it should just work, and I decided to look at other products
So, I uninstalled ESET and went with a competitor, big mistake, after approximately 3 months I'm now an ESET Internet Security customer again, and very happy to be back

I was with a partnership agreement when…

I was with a partnership agreement when renewing my ESET. Unfortunately, the partnership closed down and I had no option but to find another option. Your team were just brilliant and satisfied my needs.

First class customer service

Excellent service. I had to contact ESET because I was having a problem with installing the product on 2 devices and was talked through what to do with patience and care. Couldn't have been better.

It is like insurance

It is like insurance, I don't know if it is really worth it. It all depends on what happens to you. But in the meantime it has a feature I like which is ensuring that nothing comes in or out without me giving it a rule. Windows Firewall is supposed to do that too but I am sure stuff used to get through sometimes. I really can't have that so I pay mostly for that.

The Anti Virus part I am not sure is important anymore, but I see it as a bonus and some peace of mind.

You keep pushing the Banking app and secure browser . Not amused.

Don't like the way you keep pushing your Banking Browser etc. Very difficult to work out how to get rid, have managed but was nearly giving up..
Now that I do not have the icon appearing every time I open up the available system seems to be working pretty well.

I feel your company delivers what it advertises. I am an older user and find much of the digital world totally confusing, so my son felt with the many emails I received. Please keep things simple.

Eset anti virus.

I have used eset for years and any problems I have had, solved with a phone call. They are less expensive than other Pc virus protection and are on hand with a phone call to deal with problems. I renewed my subscription this month and opted for the 2 year deal as there was a good price reduction. Eset is now up and working with minimum problem installation. Eset has also been upgraded. Happy customer.

I am 89 years old

I am 89 years old and found it confusing when trying to update my eset antivirus so I telephoned for help,
the young man at eset did all of it online for me and saved me a lot of stress, I am very grateful for all the help given to me

The renewal dashboard is a nightmare

The renewal dashboard is a nightmare. I get a reminder via email and then when I log in to the dashboard, it is ridiculously hard to determine what to do. The ESET password manager keeps coming up every time I launch my web browser. I got a message that one of my credit cards had expired but it was so difficult to update the card. Is the software any good? Well, that I can't answer as there's no way to measure. Similar to the rock that keeps tigers away.

Was PISSED OFF with the pop up…

Was PISSED OFF with the pop up constantly continuing on my screen and the only way I could get rid of it was to pay which I did not want to do as I do not know what I am paying for. No doubt a mini scam
