Just have to say its a 140 dollars for a nother battery or i spent 50 on this boost pack and all i have to say wow so easy to use jumped my girl friends car 5 times we bought an audi a4 v6 used it 4 times on that and i jumped my cousins car 1 and i still have yet to charge it just hit 52% battery on it never skipt a beat thing is sweet wouldnt need it buf i drove these cars but glad i bought it

The holding case is only included in the 2000 and up models, not the 1500 so if that was something you wanted, don’t be misled like I was. I saw pics of the case but didn’t realize that it’s only for the mid and high tier, not the least expensive version. Makes sense and it’s my fault I didn’t catch it. Just wanted to let others know up front.

As far as the unit itself it came charged, display is easy to read, and is nice that it doubles as a charger for other things like phone, switch, vape batts, etc. and not just vehicles. As far as how long it lasts, how many charges of what, or car starts I can’t say. Just got it today but I’ll edit this review when I know more about how it performs.

I’ll be keeping it in a lipo safe bag while being stored in my car for safety. But with literal negative degree temps coming right around the corner, it’s really nice to not have to worry about a dead car when it’s the most cold outside. This should keep me up and running in no time.

I docked one star for the flashlight feature. See the video for its crappy nature. The solid light is ok at best. It’ll work in a pinch but the strobe is sporadic and random but it is technically flashing but not a strobe flash. And the “sos” is marginally worse in its random flashing. It’s not SOS or Morse code *anything* just janky random flashing.

Will it get attention on a dark road at night? Sure. Will it express “emergency”? Not really.

Seems to be a good value for the price but time will tell.

I disagree with some who say that this product doesn't work on a completely dead battery. I purchased this in early 2021 and It has worked every single time I've had to use it on both of my cars. I have used it to jump start other folks vehicles as well and it works great. I have two cars one of them I use as my primary work vehicle and my 2nd vehicle mostly for leisure. I sometimes alternate between the two for work, but if I let either one set for an extended period without starting them the battery gets really low or dies completely. I pull this out hook it up and they start a majority of the time from the first jump start. There's been only a hand full of times where it would take a second jump. Bottom line it has proven it's self over and over I no longer need to ask for a jump start from total strangers. I bought this same one for my daughter to have in her car. My neighbors have bought this as well after witnessing me use mine. After making the purchase and having to use it on their vehicles they always thank me for recommending it to them and tell me just how much they love it, and how they no longer have to ask strangers or wait on a tow truck if no one is around to help them with a jump especially at night. I can't speak for those who may give this jump starter a negative review but It is a great buy at this price.

Notice how little the price is with this unit. I think it's because its built with the cheapest components. I had a chance to use this when my wife's Mazda 5 wouldn't start. Battery was low voltage (just over 10) and tested at just over 200 CCA instead of its stated 540. This unit was 100% fully charged but didn't start the car when other brands did. I had recharged it about 28 days ago. It was left in the power off position after doing so. After failing its first try, it showed 82%. I tried again but it refused. What I found strange was that another unit I had by TackLife went from 100% to just 98% after starting the car. And it has a slightly smaller battery (18000 mAh vs this unit's 20000 mAh).

And about that stated battery capacity - I call BS on it because via its 2 USB ports, I charged 2 6000 mAh Ring camera batteries at the same time, one was at 50% capacity, the other at 30%, and it zoomed down from 100% to 35% in just over 1.5 hours. I let it continue and by the time it reached 2%, both batteries still weren't fully charged. Even taking into consideration some waste, the math doesn't add up. This unit, fully charged at 100% and with 20000 mAh capacity, should have no problem charging 2 6000 mAh batteries, let alone partially charged ones in my case.

Maybe my unit is someone else's returned lemon, or maybe it's an original dud, but I wanted to share my review after 30 days of ownership, using it in a manner it's designed to adequately perform.
