I bought this just to use in ice cream making. The thought of having to mix the egg into the batter then warm and strain the mix hopping didn't cook the egg was just to much work when powder eggs removes all that. First batch using this turned out to make a much creamer and richer ice cream that freezed more evenly and didn't melt as fast. Of course the flavoring used determines taste but this has definitely improved the finished product so looks like it will stay. My next move will be to try egg yolk powder vs whole egg powder see which works best.

Plan on adding at least 25% more water than the directions indicate.
Otherwise, a good product if a bit high priced. Good for camping and storage.
