СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ ПО СТРАТИФИКАЦИИ РИСКА И ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ ВНЕЗАПНОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ СМЕРТИ У БОЛЬНЫХ ГИПЕРТРОФИЧЕСКОЙ КАРДИОМИОПАТИЕЙ (ПО МАТЕРИАЛАМ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИЙ АМЕРИКАНСКОГО КОЛЛЕДЖА КАРДИОЛОГИИ/ АМЕРИКАНСКОЙ АССОЦИАЦИИ СЕРДЦА 2011)

Одним из вариантов течения гипертрофической кардиомиопатии (ГКМП) является внезапная сердечная смерть (ВСС). Стратификация риска развития ВСС является важнейшим этапом в определении тактики ведения больного ГКМП. Своевременное назначение профилактической терапии больным с высоким риском ВСС является единственным способом спасти их жизнь. Клинический опыт свидетельствует о том, что стратификация риска ВСС является достаточно эффективным алгоритмом для решения вопроса о необходимости проведения профилактического лечения, которое должно быть индивидуально в зависимости от уровня риска каждого больного.
