Uloga elektrokardiograma u identifikaciji rizika od iznenadne srčane smrti

Sažetak
Uvod: Iznenadna srčana smrt predstavlja neočekivanu i naglu smrt mladih naizgled zdravih ljudi. Veliki broj ispitivanih slučajeva odnosio se na profesionalne sportiste. U literaturi nema puno podataka vezanih za one koji se sportom bave sporadično i rekreativno. U cilju moguće prevencije od iznenadne srčane smrti osmišljen je skrining protokol u kome značajnu ulogu ima EKG odrađen u miru. Na osnovu uspostavljenih kriterijuma promena na EKG-u se mogu tretirati kao normalne, granične i abnormalne. Abnormalni nalaz ukazuje na rizik od iznenadne srčane smrti. Clj rada: Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio utvrđivanje rizika od iznenadne srčane smrti kod studenata koji su se fizičkom aktivnošću bavili rekreativno. Materijal i metode: U istraživanju je učestovalo 500 studenata (oba pola) I i III godine Univerziteta u Prištini sa sedištem u Kosovskoj Mitrovici. U okviru redovnog sistematskog pregleda izvođen je EKG u miru. Analiziranjem njihovih promena na EKGu i grupisanjem na osnovu skrining preporuka određivan je rizik za iznenadnu srčanu smrt. Rezultati: Dobijeni rezultati pokazuju da je 44% studenata imalo promene na EKG-u i da je 8% studenata imalo abnormalni nalaz koji je ukazivao na mogući rizik od iznenadne srčane smrti. Zaključak: Prepoznavanje promena na EKG-u i njihove interpretacije u skladu sa skrining preporukama predstavlja imperativ za lekare.
