If we want to keep up with customer wants and needs, we need to continually assess the customer experience we offer across the customer lifecycle, to make sure we are offering the best service possible at all digital touchpoints. A successful customer experience strategy can be the difference between brand growth or being pushed out of market by competitors.     ChatGPT alternatives for creating marketing plans? 🙃 Our prompting guidance for Smart Insights members on using #generativeai for copywriting for digital channels focuses on ChatGPT for prompting since it is the most popular tool, although we recommend others to use... Here i'm interested to hear the GenAI tool you prefer to use (if any), specifically to assist with creating campaign plans and marketing strategies. I'm asking since I'm currently updating my Digital Marketing: Strategy, Implementation and Practice book to the 9th edition and I'm giving guidance to students on alternatives to ChatGPT to consider, because that may be the only tool they know. I also want students and professionals to think about the strengths and weaknesses of different AI tools for planning. Personally, I have found the conversation-based approach in Claude the most effective although customisation is better in CGPT. BTW I have found that Claude is limited by usage and location, so accessing its different models via Poe.com is best.  Also interested to learn about other tools you have used and your views on using GenAI for planning!

And that's before you consider Google's March update, evolving privacy laws, and an ambitious fiscal budget... 💵 With US mandatory spending and interest on the rise, and predictions of a growth-focused UK budget later today, the changes are already being felt across businesses and individuals globally.
