  • Sub-Saharan expansion and shareholding restructuring (IFC & BPCE acquired equity stake and acquisition of Banque Atlantique Group)
  • Capital restructurating and new strategic plan « Elan 2020 » (Green eld subsidiary in Guinea-Bissau, $100m capital injection from DPI in ABI)

  • Acquisition of Banque des Mascareignes in Mauritius, now BCP Bank (Mauritius) 100% subsidiary of BCP Group
