Johnson Controls continues to send its support and wishes for a stable peace to the people of Ukraine. We believe we all have a role to play in speaking up against aggression and violence.

We remain focused on practical ways we can assist our local teams in Ukraine and support humanitarian relief efforts in the region. Our people have already given generously to a support fund and we are matching their contributions dollar for dollar. To date, this has led to more than $700,000 being sent to assist critical humanitarian efforts through charitable partners such as UN Refugee Agency, International Medical Corps the (UK), and The Australian Committee for UNICEF.

Our actions reflect our steadfast values and our commitment to doing what we believe is right. We are inspired by the incredible support that our people, customers, partners, and communities are showing for the Ukrainian people.

Additionally, from March 7, 2022, Johnson Controls suspended its business in Russia. We committed to fulfilling existing contractual obligations to the extent possible, and in full compliance with sanctions, but we have not, and will not accept new business or orders.

Our actions reflect our steadfast values and our commitment to doing what we believe is right. We are inspired by the incredible support that our people, customers, partners, and communities are showing for the Ukrainian people.
