Astana, 22 February: The five detained employees of the Arystan [Lion] special unit of the Kazakh National Security Committee (NSC) are suspected of being involved in the kidnapping of well-known Kazakh politician Altynbek Sarsenbayuly, not in murdering him, the NSC press secretary, Kenzhebulat Beknazarov, has told the Interfax-Kazakhstan agency.
