    Yes, iPads warp and if yours does, Apple will tell you that it's your fault and then they won't honor their warranty.I bought a new iPad Pro 10.5" at the end of January. I put it in a protective case the day I bought it.I took it out of the case to clean when it was less than than 3 months old - and discovered it had warped. I took it to the Apple Store. They told me that it was my fault that it warped because "it takes a lot of pressure to warp it". I was then told that it would cost $450 to fix it and that because it is warped, it will eventually stop working.Google "warped iPad" and see for yourself.So, think very carefully before you spend your hard-earned money on an iPad that could warp due to nothing you did and which will not be repaired under warranty because Apple doesn't honor their warranty.I'll never buy another Apple product again.I'll use this one until it dies and then I'll replace it with an Android or Windows tablet.

    I ordered this iPad Pro a few years ago and received a regular iPad. I was able to return it and was sent the correct iPad. Upon receiving it, I noticed the touch screen was laggy or non-responsive maybe 5% of the time. I also noticed a white line would appear on the left edge.

    I contacted Apple Support in 2 weeks of owning it. I was told to restart it and was hung up on. It did not fix the problem. If this seller had sent me the brand new iPad I had paid for and not someone else’s defective return, I would not have had these problems to begin with.

I switched because I had a Samsung Note 12.2 and the battery life left much to be desired and it ran slow. I wanted to buy another one but they are nowhere to be found so I settled for the Apple iPad Pro 10.5 and 12.9 inch and I’m glad I did. I love them! The battery life is amazing and the speed is awesome.

    If you are serious about getting into iPad for music or video or professional anything, I highly recommend the older iPad Pro 10.5 over the 2018 pro due to several factors. Right now its the best bang for the buck and in terms of usefulness we actually get more functionailty on the older, 2nd gen iPad Pro's due to having the headphone jack.     This product came today. Seemingly new in a sealed box. Refused to charge. After an hour of plugging in, it charged around 1% every 10 to 14 minutes. After 7%, I gave up and decided to return the product. Only good thing is that amazon seems to be good enough to do the returns promptly. I think the discount is too good to be true and gullible customers like me are falling victim. I think I’ll just buy from apple directly.
