Aww crap I just bought an Apple TV 4K last week. If I'd waited a week it would have been $50 cheaper.
This time of year is always a great opportunity to buy some amazing Apple tech at unbelievable prices. The deals on HomePod Pro and Apple TV 4K look red hot.
Apple's artificially limiting supplies of their M1 Macs to create buzz in the press and thus consumer excitement and demand?
Uh it doesn't work that way. A company sells products to an authorized retailer doesn't mean that retailer can sell it for whatever price they want. Many corporations have a strict policy that their 3rd party retailers must sell at full retail or stay within a limit. It's not Walmart's choice to sell Apple's products for whatever price they want. Apple will pull their products out of Walmart. Apple can easily afford to do that too because Apple doesn't truly need Walmart.
Though I just saw the HomePod in the UK and DE stores with the Black Friday rebate... however they won't ship to NL... and London / Berlin are both closer to Amsterdam than San Francisco is to LA... so much for that "single market"Very well said.. Just like the rest of us here in Europe..
New feature announced in the event with HP mini (they support it with A-TV and 2 HomePods... but not the mini)I’m sorry, but how do you get surround sound from two speakers?
Just looked and though the HP in DE is 320Eur, you get a 100Eur back... and you can actually buy a HomePod (or get a LTE Apple Watch, or refub Macs)... it's a bit more due to VAT being included (though in my case I get VAT back because I'm an Apple developer).Same here. Moved to Germany last year, I wish they’d have the same €199 deals for HomePod here. $199 is actually pretty regular in the US.
No I think you’re not getting what I’m saying. It has nothing to do with Apple getting their full amount when selling to Walmart. It’s about being anti-competitive. Every company is the same way. They do not allow their authorized resellers to “drop their drawers” on price in order to undercut the competition. That’s why Walmart and other Apple authorized retailers cannot sell Apple’s products below a certain threshold. Also Apple’s own customers won’t buy direct if Walmart is allowed to sell Apple’s products for any low ball price they want. Don’t take this the wrong way but please look up business 101.Not sure how that contradicts my comment...if Apple sells AirPods Pro to Walmart for $200 and Walmart sells them for $169, Apple still gets their $200.
Unless you’re claiming that Apple told Walmart to sell AirPods for $169? Which seems extremely unlikely, especially since AirPods are selling like hot cakes at full price.
Can anyone help me, basically considering the HomePod from UK site, £279 and you get an £80 Apple Store Gift Card... now does this £80 have to be used on the Apple store or can it be used for iTunes/Apps etc aswell???
Everyone seems to say the balances are merged but according to the Apple Store Gift Card listing on the Apple Store it says this...
The quality of their sale resembles COVID too.The way they did AirPods in circle resembles COVID.
Yeah I noticed that too. It needs a 9th phone. Today I saw this on apple.com and it's a lot more harmonious and made me think of your comment. Why did they not put a 3rd red iPhone in that graphic? It bugs me
