Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion
The wellbeing of all our colleagues is at the heart of everything we do. In addition to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme, we have a dedicated Wellbeing & Community Coordinator, a team of Mental Health First Aiders and a pledge to the Mindful Employer Charter to demonstrate our active commitment to supporting the mental health of our colleagues.
Our Wellbeing Network is our most established group and is led by our colleagues. Its role is to champion conversations about and support the emotional and physical wellbeing of all staff across the company.

We are truly invested in, and are a vital part of, the ‘military family’. Entertaining, informing, connecting and championing them is at the core of everything we do.
Some of us are ex-forces and current reservists. We are proud to have received the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold award, recognising our commitment to the Armed Forces community. Irrespective of our individual backgrounds, we are driven to meet the needs of all our audiences and colleagues.
