The Novi pilot has ended

The Novi pilot ended on September 1, 2022. If you did not withdraw your Novi account balance prior to the pilot ending, we will attempt to transfer your funds to the bank account or payment method linked to your Novi account. In some instances we may be unable to process a transfer and you will need to contact us to claim your balance. Please check your bank account to see if a transfer has been received before contacting us to claim your balance.
To claim your Novi account balance or to request a refund for an error or unauthorized transaction, please email contact@support.novi.com with the following information:
  • Your legal name on your Novi account.
  • The phone number associated with your Novi account and a preferred contact phone number (if different).
  • Whether you need to claim your account balance or request a refund for an error or unauthorized transaction.
    • Note: For refund requests, please include the transaction date, amount, and the reason for the refund. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 120 days of the transaction date.
Once we receive your email, we will follow up with you via phone or email. If we determine that a balance is due, we will contact you by phone to initiate a bank transfer.
Please note that we can only support requests to claim an account balance and refund requests for errors or unauthorized transactions.
