PDF Document Management 9: Add PDF Header, Footer and Bates Number

A PDF header, footer and bates number present consistent information (For example: a date, page numbering, the title of the overall document, or authors name) in the page margins throughout a PDF. A PDF footer appears at the bottom of a page. They can include automatically generated information and formatting.

This function adds PDF header and footer information that is used to present information, such as date, time, page numbers, or the title of the document, in the top or bottom margins of a document.

Note: If you need to add different sets of PDF Header, Footer and Bates Number , you need to open your PDF inside PDFill for different times and use this function each time.

Batch (DOS) Command Support: You can start a batch job in Windows by issuing the execution command directly from the MS-DOS command prompt window without opening the PDFill GUI.

Here are the steps on how to Add PDF Header, Footer and Bates Number in PDF Pages or Change the Properties for PDF Header, Footer and Bates Number:

Choose Document Menu > Header, Footer and Bates Number

or click Header, Footer and Bates Number Button in the Document Toolbar.
