We started using Dengro in October 2018 and absolutely love it! We had systems in place to track every new patient lead and contact lists for various other reasons. Although effective, this was time-consuming to manage and could be tricky for everyone to understand fully. Now we have all of this and more, ALL in one place, and automated. It is so much simpler to manage, making it possible for every team member to be involved, and updating Dengro happens daily as part of our reception protocols so we never fall behind. Well done and thank you Dengro!

Currently using this to manage my leads for my surgery and bespoke CRM. Gives me great control and certainly helps transform more leads into consultations. Also like the fact the team respond to my questions and are keen to implement suggestions. Will hopefully use for a long time into the future.

Absolutely fantastic software and very easy to use! we have been very happy with it so far and can track all our leads easily and in one place. Sara has been fantastic at assisting us in setting everything up and cannot recommend Dengro enough :)

DenGro is a must have for every practice. The most effective new lead managing system. Professional, pre-written nurture massages that are sent out to potential patients and the best part is its all automated. Easy to use and provides a framework for all your staff. You can monitor the effectiveness of staff and identiry training needs. DenGro helps with reporting on my lead source and location, this has help my practice growth and provides an insight into my marketing performance. I can highly recommend Dengro. Absolute 5 stars.

I have only just begun to use this system for improving our practice patient journey and it makes such a huge difference to our business already. We can act on a query 24hours a day and ensure our patients are not waiting for the team to get in touch when we open! it i sdefinately something I would recommend!!

Been with dengro for 6 months now and I have to say its a really great way of keeping track of your leads, we used to use spreadsheets but then started looking at a number of different systems and Dengro by far was a the best, its very intuative and the workflow is perfect for the dental industry. The best part of it all though is the customer service, onboarding was amazing and whenever I need help they are always on hand to help. I deal with louise who is super patient and helpful, cant recommend her and the team enough.

I’m the network coordinator across our group and I was looking for something that would give me a simple view of leads and their status across the group from day to day. DenGro is brilliant for this. The automated messages save us all time and have definitely helped with conversion and the simple dashboard and layout means everyone in the team finds it easy to use. All our leads are now in one place and everyone can access them!
The online support is great too, so if anyone in the team has a question it’s answered quickly. We’re looking forward to using it across more of our treatments.

I use dengro for two practices in London and I have found it is a great way of tracking our patients' journeys and acts as an excellent diary system. Our new patient base has increased significantly as a result!

I used Dengro remotely as a New Patient Coordinator. It is great for tracking my new enquiries- setting up chases and monitoring the patient journey. It is great as is linked up to our Social Media campaigns so these enquiries are automatically added to Dengro. It is very user friendly would highly recommend.
