Purpose of this Document:
This document has been prepared for Zoom's customers (companies and their employees and users, collectively hereinafter “Customers”), to help them perform a data transfer impact assessment pursuant to the Schrems II decision of 2020 and in line with subsequent Guidance from the European Data Protection Board (Guidelines 05/21).


Structure of this Document:
Each tab in this document concerns a specific category of personal data being transferred to a jurisdiction outside the EEA to deliver the Zoom Contact Center Services. For each type of data you will find a transfer impact assessment consistent with guidance from the EDPB. This document can be used as-is or customized by replacing the red text with the relevant Zoom Customer information.
