This app is terrible, but unfortunately I'm forced to use it for work. It fails to upload receipts and other required data fields the majority of the time. Editing text is wildly inefficient, only allowing 1 character to be entered at a time before the cursor jumps to the end. Transactions regularly disappear from being displayed in the app, and false or fraudulent charges that show up can't be flagged as such.

I have used ramp on trustwallet several times. I have had problems with ramp taking out money from my acct without notifying me that it has happened. This has happened 2x already. I had to put in a dispute for it thru my debit card. Ramp has no customer number to reach them at and they don't always get back to answering back thru support tickets. Not only that I got logged out of my account and they can't tell me why

Cannot upload digital receipts. Requires taking a picture of a physical receipt. Such a simple feature should be in the app. It's useless without it.
