Yesterday Pete Milsom and Jacquie Tarry from the team met with a group of 75 NHS employers to talk about our mission to create parity between apprenticeship and undergraduate pathways, and the work UCAS is doing to connect employers like the NHS to the people they need for their opportunities. At UCAS, we’re already gearing up for the exam results period, a crucial time when students are making life-changing decisions about their next steps in education or career development.     During this period, we see a significant spike in traffic across UCAS’ channels as students access Clearing, a tool they use to change their minds, change their plans, and seek better or more suitable pathways 💡    Nearly four in five university applicants consider other options while they’re searching for a place in Clearing and last year more applicants considered employment and degree apprenticeships.      In 2023 during the exam results period we saw close to 2 million page views on ucas.com’s apprenticeships pages and over 1 million searches for apprenticeships on our Career Finder jobs board 📈    To help meet the demand from students for information about career pathways at this pivotal time, we’re offering employers a range of multi-channel packages to promote their apprenticeship programmes and vacancies and foster connections with this large potential talent pool 🤝    Find out more here: https://lnkd.in/e3vREMYx  #Apprenticeships #EarlyCareers #RecruitmentMarketing #EarlyTalent
