thanks to PFI many schools lack resources for the basics. many having to charge cash strapped parents for books and other equipment

2wAt the local school attendance would improve if the DFE would replace the kitchen which is closed byRAAC. The pupils in this school have not had a hot meal for seven months. Even those on free school meals. Not to mention the eighteen specialist rooms that are out of action because of RAAC. Fancy learning science in a hut?
