Philipp Vlasov will head the editorial team of VOGUE UA beginning from January 2019.

Philipp created the fashion department of Vogue UA during the launch of the brand in Ukraine and proceeded to helm it for the following two years. More recently, he was Creative Director of the Ukrainian fashion retail Asthik Group.

Karina Dobrotvorskaya, Executive Director Editorial Development, Condé Nast International:

“Ukrainian Vogue is one of the most innovative, interesting and creative projects in the international Vogue family. It has a team of professionals, each with his or her own vision and passionate love for what they do. Philipp Vlasov was part of the team from day one, helping Vogue Ukraine to find its unique voice. He has a huge experience collaborating with a variety of media brands – from GQ to Tatler, from Elle to Vogue. He boasts both brilliant managerial and creative talents, which is a rare combination. Not only will Philipp be able to maintain the high reputation of Vogue UA, but he will also take it to the next level.”

Helen Chernova, Publisher, VOGUE UA:

“I am happy to welcome back Philipp to Vogue UA, this time in the new capacity of Editor-in-Chief. His professionalism and experience were a huge help at the start of the project, and I am confident that, together with our team, he will be able to implement countless new exciting projects and creative ideas.”
