Every knee must bow to the Pride flag

By Jonathon Van Maren

In our late-stage sexual revolution—we’re at the point where people have stopped worshipping their bodies and started to mutilate them in a mad attempt to become someone different—every knee must bow to the Pride flag. I’m sure you’ve all noticed the ubiquitous stickers and flags and decals everywhere you look, as well as the faux outrage of politicians who pretend that Pride Month (or June, as us normies call it) is somehow sacred. When states pass laws keeping biological males out of female sports teams, for example, their horror is as vociferous as it is feigned: Gasp! Not during Pride Month!

A perfect example of this is the response of horrified EU leaders to Hungary’s recent law banning the advertisement of LGBT content to children. Hungary’s law, incidentally, is in response to skyrocketing rates of children attempting to change genders in Western countries, which Dr. Lisa Littman has referred to as a “peer contagion.” Pro-LGBT education can be mandatory in schools and in state media, but to say that this content shouldn’t be shown to children—that is unacceptable. The backlash has begun.

Particularly revealing is the reaction of Mark Rutte, the prime minister of the Netherlands. Hungary, he thundered, as two choices—they must either leave the European Union or repeal the law. The EU even passed a rare joint statement condemning Hungary (which several eastern European countries declined to sign on to), with the Hungarian government responding by condemning “shameful” interference in their domestic affairs.

Luxembourg’s gay prime minister Xavier Bettel added that he would “be intolerant with intolerant people” and trotted out the canard that opposing the LGBT agenda would cause suicides (the “support us or people will die” blackmail.) French president Emmanuel Macron, forgetting that millions of French citizens marched in opposition to same-sex marriage only a few years ago, called on the EU to show “no weakness” in the opposition to Hungary, which is “not in line with our values and what Europe is.” The EU is considering what steps it can take.

But Mark Rutte stated it most bluntly. Perhaps, he stated, Hungary could be forced from the EU “step by step” over this issue. “My goal is to bring Hungary to its knees on this issue,” he announced. Celebrate sexual diversity—or else.

A similar situation is unfolding in the United States, where California has decided to ban state-funded travel to Arkansas, Florida, Montana, North Dakota, and West Virginia over laws that keep biological males out of female sports leagues. According to state Attorney General Rob Bonta, this assists with “aligning our dollars with our values.” Despite the number of girls who have spoken out, Bonta dismisses their lived experiences. “It’s unfortunate that some politicians would rather demonize trans youth than focus on solving real issues,” he stated.

This is not a new tactic for California—they have now banned state-funded travel to 17 states total. “It’s all part of a movement to limit the rights of LGBTQ Americans as a movement,” Bonta declared at a news conference. These states “are working to prevent transgender women and girls [biological men and boys] from participating in school sports, consistent with their gender identity…Make no mistake: We’re in the midst of an unprecedented wave of bigotry and discrimination in this country. And the state of California is not going to support it.”

In 2020, Oklahoma governor Kevin Stitt pushed back, issuing an executive order prohibiting state employees from “all non-essential travel” to California, stating: “California and its elected officials over the past few years have banned travel to the State of Oklahoma in an effort to politically threaten and intimidate Oklahomans for their personal values. Enough is enough.”

Gay rights groups like the Human Rights Campaign, however, welcomed the move. “California’s announcement today shows that states passing anti-transgender laws will face real world consequences for their cruel actions. The legislatures that have enacted these laws are choosing to trade away economic opportunities in order to target transgender young people based with no pretext,” bloviated HRC president Alphonso David.

To paraphrase Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte: Every knee must bow. The Pride flag is not a symbol of tolerance, it is the banner of a conquering and colonizing army. Politicians must attend Pride Parades and genuflect to their new overlords for fear of being asked why they did not attend—because the only answer can be hatred and bigotry. LGBT education must be permitted and promoted to children. Attempting to restrict the access of gay activists to children will bring the full wrath of the revolution on you, your church, your state, or your country.

And I suspect they’re just getting started.

  1. Kevin Shaw says:

The culture is always lead by the church! Take heed: Thus says the Lord of hosts, Render true judgments, show kindness and mercy to one another, do not oppress the widow, the fatherless, the sojourner, or the poor, and let none of you devise evil against another in your heart.” But they refused to pay attention and turned a stubborn shoulder and stopped their ears that they might not hear. They made their hearts diamond-hard lest they should hear the law and the words that the Lord of hosts had sent by his Spirit through the former prophets. Therefore great anger came from the Lord of hosts. “As I called, and they would not hear, so they called, and I would not hear,” says the Lord of hosts, “and I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations that they had not known. Thus the land they left was desolate, so that no one went to and fro, and the pleasant land was made desolate.” Zechariah 7:9-14
