Dieses leider noch nicht in Deutsch erhältliche Buch hat nicht, wie in den Produktinformationen angegeben, nur 200 Seiten. Auf so wenig Platz hätte man diese komplexe Materie nicht darstellen können. Nein, es sind 414 Seiten, also mehr als doppelt so viel. Und so widerfährt diesem Buch das gleiche, wie den allgemein veröffentlichten Klimadaten: Sie sind falsch.

Marc Morano ist der Macher hinter dem Film  Climate Hustle . Und dies ist das Buch zum Film. Natürlich kann man in einem Kinofilm nicht alle Daten zeigen und alle Quellen explizit nennen. In diesem Buch kann Morano das machen, in einem Anhang von 75 Seiten Länge! Also besteht ein knappes Viertel dieses Buches aus Quellenangaben. So witzig das Buch stellenweise auch geschrieben ist, so ernst ist doch der Inhalt und so ernst nimmt Morano auch seine Arbeit.

Das Buch besteht aus 20 nummerierten Kapiteln. Mit Vorwort, "Praise" von berufenen Stellen, Anhang (Quellen), Index und Danksagungen sind es 26.

Angesichts der derzeitig hoch kochenden Hysterie, die vom Greta-Clan und den dahinter stehenden mächtigen Kräften angeheizt wird, kommt das Kapitel über "Child Propaganda" gerade recht. Hier wird aufgezeigt, dass diese Masche alles andere als neu ist. Allerdings ist der Thunberg-Clan hier noch nicht erwähnt. Aber darüber gibt es inzwischen genügend Infos auf YT und anderen Orten im Netz.

Natürlich ist dem sogenannten "97% Consensus" ein ganzes Kapitel gewidmet, in dem er sozusagen in der Luft zerrissen wird und als tatsächlich 0,3% Konsens entlarvt wird. Das haben andere auch schon getan, aber keiner so gründlich wie Morano und mit so viel detailliertem Hintergrundwissen. Ein Lehrstück in politisch verlogener Propaganda.

Natürlich ist auch dieses Buch nicht perfekt und enthält nicht alle möglichen Informationen. Aber es wird seinem Anspruch gerecht und ist in seiner Klasse das beste.

Wirklich? Nein, die Diskussion fängt jetzt erst richtig an!
Nicht nur in Deutschland hat man genug von der vorgeblichen Alternativlosigkeit.

As a scientist I was sceptical about C02 having anything to do with climate changes. This book confirms that I was correct. Well and clearly explaned with a list of all source material. No misinformation here or "they" would have sued/banned this book.

I recommend this book very highly to anyone who is confused about this "Climate Change" hysteria that seems to be sweeping the globe these days, and to ordinary people like myself who do not have a scientific background and feel that they will never be able to understand the scientific details. Not so. The author of this book explains everything in a clear and understandable fashion and I found it very easy to read, just right for the lay person, even though the author has a scientific background himself.

I have to say that the whole "doomsday scenario" causes me to be rather sceptical about all this orchestrated panic, as I have been on the planet long enough to remember the hysteria about the "looming New Ice Age" in the 70's that was at our doorstep and would very shortly destroy the planet and everything in it, and we would all either freeze to death or die of starvation, or both. For those too young to remember, it was a huge deal at the time, and we were constantly bombarded by this scenario. Well, we and the planet are all still here, but now we have the opposite scenario, and I hear all the same "crisis mode" narratives that I heard then.

Plus, I like to read history, and I know that the planet has warmed up and cooled down, warmed up and cooled down all through the ages. Did you know that Britain - which in this present age is a rainy, wet, damp, basically cool climate for most of the year, was once a place where it was so warm that they cultivated grapes, and vineyards abounded? And during the time of King Henry VIII, and 400 years later in Queen Victoria's time, was so cold that they skated on the Thames, one of the deepest and widest rivers in Europe? It warms up, it cools down.

Also, don't believe everything you hear or read from the media - they cannot really be trusted to give the true objective facts anymore; and it is always wise to be somewhat cynical about anything that is massively prosperous for those at the top of the ladder, many of whom are right now reaping their share of the multiplied millions that are available to push this agenda. There is a DVD called "The Great Global Warming Scandal" that is very helpful to watch. Its about 10 years old now, but still very informative on the subject. It is still available to buy; I bought it myself on Amazon just recently.

This excellent book is basically comprised of two parts. In the first part (Ch. 1-10 & 12) the author debunks (by copious citations to scientific authorities) the populist allegations of “global warming”, and in particular any anthropogenic (i.e., “human-caused”) contribution thereto. In the second part (Ch. 11 & 13-20) the author reveals (mostly by citations to “climate advocates” themselves) the underlying political agenda and financial motivations of the “climate advocates”.

As I see it, the agenda of the author (Marc Morano) is to inform the public about an important topic by providing them with important information which has essentially been previously withheld from them (for reasons that are apparent once one reads Chs. 13 20).

This book is a masterpiece of research – Morano cites to a truly vast number of individuals in the scientific community in order to undermine the claims of the “climate advocates”, and to reveal their true motives. To his credit, Morano does not proceed from the position of trying to support a hypothesis, but rather from the position of debunking the hypothesis of the climate advocates (i.e., that global warming is caused by human activity). Morano is to be commended for refraining from hyperbole, sarcasm and personal attacks in his presentation – his only attacks are on the so-called “science” used by the climate advocates, as well as on the motivations of the climate advocates.

A number of things become very clear from this book: (1) climate science is exceedingly complex, and it’s fair to say that no one really understands all of the variables that lead to climate change, let alone how they work and interact; (2) the case for “human-caused global warming” has clearly NOT been made by the climate advocates; and (3) the large amount of government money available to support the global-warming hypothesis has (and continues to) corrupt the scientific community in favor of this dubious hypothesis. What is also evident (from casual observation) is that, notwithstanding much recent evidence that “human-caused global warming” cannot be proven (e.g., the faulty “hockey-stick” temperature chart), the climate advocates (such as Al Gore, the UN IPCC and their minions) have done such a good job of brainwashing the public since the 1990’s that by now it’s virtually impossible to convince people that it was all just a big con job. It’s now time to reverse that trend, and reading this book is a good way to start.

My only “complaint” (if you can call it that) about this book is that it’s not longer. Morano could have easily filled 200 pages of appendices with graphs, data and other science-based information in order to show that the “science” used by “climate advocates” is bunk. Perhaps he could be persuaded to issue a compendium to this wonderful book in order to provide some more science to show where and how the climate advocates got it wrong in their so-called “science”.

People should care a great deal about debunking the “human-caused global warming” myth since maintaining the myth will cost them lots of money - money which could be used otherwise for truly meritorious purposes (such as addressing over-fishing and over-population).

If you truly care about our planet, then buy copies of this book and give them to your friends and family (as have I). Once you see your winter heating bill double from $300 a month to $600 in order to replace natural gas with “wind energy”, you will find that $17 for a copy of this book (to put a halt to this nonsense) is a mere pittance. Let’s set the record straight, and free ourselves from the “human-caused global warming” myth.
