I installed the app and selected the Pro option. I received the confirmation email from Google Play, but in the app, it was still the Basic option. Then I tried to order the Pro again more times, but it said: something went wrong. Then I wrote to support. They were kind and helpful but could not solve the problem. I had to give them a lot of information, and I spent a lot on that. Nothing happened. In the last days, there was no answer, no email at all. Not satisfied at all. I canceled it. 😡

I have a PAID subscription and I'm trying to edit videos to show to clients. This is not a reliable video platform for professionals. We have to keep to professional schedules and vimeo is not helping at all I have to edit on third party apps and will likely cancel my subscription if I can't edit on here

I was consistently using the TV version of the app. When the app froze, I uninstalled it, and when I went to reinstall it, Vimeo was no longer available to install on the TV. I know they weren't going to update the TV app anymore, but they should have made it possible to download the older version. Some of us prefer using our TV remotes to browse, and using it for voice commands. Having to stream from the phone is inconvenient and an unnecessary step. As a long time user, I'm very disappointed!
