For me;
1 Scream - The first is iconic and I enjoy all the sequels. I love the fact that they have the same characters after 25 years and nothing has been muddled up.
2 Friday the 13th - Definitely comfort movies for me. I watch the whole series regularly. Jason is also one of the reasons I'm big into horror.
3 George Romero's Dead Series - Dawn of the Dead is one of my favorite movies. Night and Day are right up there. Land is entertaining to watch. Diary and Survival are lower budget and not great but I'll still go back and watch them every so often.
Also want to give honorable mention to Final Destination and Phantasm.
