Fix the route cause of the issues holding you back, isolate/experiment with supplements and tactics that will enhance your capacity, learn how to combat the natural drop-offs we experience on the day-to-day! One week removed from finishing the book and I've already started implementing some of the tips from the book and I'm excited to build this new foundation AND to learn more about myself and my true capacity to do and BE more!
I'm currently enrolled in Ben's 13-week challenge and can't wait to dive in!
WORTH THE READ is an understatement for anyone looking to bio-hack their results in all aspects of their lives!
I love that the book is laid out like a roadmap of strategies I can apply immediately to boost my personal journey to success.
I can pick and choose which strategies to try. His personal stories and expert interviews make it easy for me to decide which strategy I'd like to try first.
I have no doubt that applying just a couple of these examples will get you some positive results. Applying multiple strategies at once might be like adding rocket fuel to your personal success journey.
I was so excited over all the new suggestions to try that I needed to take a little break from reading to integrate all the new information. So, I thought I'd use this time to write a review because more people need to know about the help that's available to them to start living a more fulfilling life.
If that's you (or someone you know), get this book NOW! I know it has something in it that can move you forward faster.
Ok, my break is over. Now...back to reading Unstoppable.

Our lives are so caught up that we need to slow down and see what really makes us unstoppable.
Reading Ben Angel's book and using the trove of information contained within is the single most impactful thing I have done for my health. I am healing my inner soul, healing my body and my mind.
He himself has experienced anxiety issues as some of us have, and in this book he is able to share his personal experience on understanding what makes us have anxiety and through healthy living and healthy diets we can change our metabolism to be healthier.
I highly recommend "Unstoppable"
