In the presence of several thousand persons at the opening ceremonies of the New York International Exposition of Science, Art, and Industries, on East 177th Street and the Bronx River, H. F. McGarvie, President of the exposition, formally turned the keys over to Police Commissioner Pichard E. Enright yesterday afternoon.
