The Whitehall Street Ferry Terminal -- a 50-year-old landmark at the tip of the Battery, through which pass 30,000,000 passengers and 2,000,000 vehicles annually -- will receive a $3,000,000 "face-lifting" and reconstruction, it was announced yesterday by Edward F.
