PPL from 10months+yrs ago are feeling pretty dumb right now. you need to be patient things go UP AND DOWN. look at the overall GOLD index sharps. large rise then a large fall, large rise, large fall, large rise large fall, then BOOM it takes off. bitcoin is about to do it, ethereum is little more complex but if u really want to make good predictions A) read at least 5-10 different prediction websites that have multiple different people and some with EMAs and ROIs, etc. B) Do your own research, whos working on the crypto? whos investing? what does it do/ how old? c) of course. look at history. eth dropped to 90$ a share what...3-4 maybe 5 yrs ago? from 1200? well now bc of that drop its ATH is 4.9ish(i'm not looking everything up right now). now its back down to 4.2(4k yesterday)........ easy that it can be 8-10k mid to late 2020, Etherium is a coin and tech with a new update coming that will only make it better,,,,, the only competition(seriously at least) is SOL and ADA. ADA is way too far off and SOL while has seen an amazing increase still needs 4-5yrs to mature. ETH is a solid investment. I've made 7k into 30k into the last 9months on Altcoins alone, mainly altcoins that were made on the eth network(not actual eth or BTC) using the 3 above methods. it works. ****DO NOT INVEST ANYMORE THAN U CAN LOOSE, IM NOT A PROFESSIONAL AND THIS IS NOT FINCAIL ADVICE ITS ONLY A COMMENT AND POINT OF VIEW THAT WORKED FOR ME****
Well, I have to say that I don't get this system. This forecast is changing on an hourly basis. What's the point of the 7 days forecast if, after just one or two hours after I get it, it gets changed for the same period. I would appreciate some clarification. For example, this morning, 7 days forecast showed bullish results for Solana. Only 30 minutes after it (I didn't change any settings/just refreshed a site), it showed me a downward trend for the same coin???
Of course, it uses historical data. This year most tokens are up hundreds of % from what they were in the past. Ethereum for example, a 5% change in today's price represents a 25% change as of the token's value last year.
When the market cap and price is so much higher than just 12 months ago for most coins, the future outlook is going to have massive volatility as well. That's going to be the case until the log-growth curve begins to flatten for an asset. The difference between ETH 4 years ago and today is more than the highest future price ETH will ever reach is compared to today, so as time goes on, momentum slows down as assets become more valuable.For BTC that is happening now. The pivot point angles (angle of trendline on a log chart) went from 76% (2014), to 48% (2017) to 13% (2020), and the current angle is around 10%. That's a sign that a market is maturing. If BTCs log curve ever goes to +/- 0.8%, it is probably a globally accepted currency at the world's financial landscape would be entirely different.
How is it that the prediciton is diferent for Ethereum? On "Ethereum forecast for the upcoming days", the price is way lower for first days of June, than on, year 2021, on " Ethereum (ETH) Price Prediction, Forecast for next months and years", link?
I thought the charts were very straightforward. The "Day of Year" chart isn't showing the price, it's showing the change in price through the year based on historical data. So May is historically the best month for ETH, and it gets volatile towards the end of the year. The y-axis is the average dollar value change across the year.
i started investing in ethereum barely 2 weeks ago when ETH was around 750$ then it went up to 1300$ i didn't cashed in because i thought its gonna reach 1500. Now its only around 1070$. in only have 5 eths so can someone tell me honestly if it will go up or should i just sell it all? thanks
If anyone offers you a definitive prediction on the price of any stock, currency etc. they are either giving you a probability, a guess or at worst - lying. Any investment in crypto is going to be speculative so invest what you can afford to loose.
These predictions are only somehow accurate in the very short term. The models used to obtain them (such as ARIMA or VAR) are not even decent for mid-term and long-term predictions and don't even take into account stock-to-flow models nor fundamental analysis. They just fit historical data and propagate the model only based on the ETH/USD time-series points plus some correlated time-series such as BTC/USD.
I thought you got a response but that looks now like it is from two years ago so I will respond again just in case. ETH is been on a bullish stance for days and ready to leap over the $1300 resistance point. Once it does that, it will be very interesting how high it goes. You got in at an amazing price. You will see your money doubled within the week and possibly tripled within the month. Tripling it is perhaps a little high but it’s really going to be interesting to see where it goes once it breaks the next resistance point. Bitcoin gets so much coverage but Eth gets better returns. You made a wise investment. Stay steady. I know it’s scary because it’s been so volatile but with it available on Paypal and becoming more and more accessible to the retail investor, it will grow and grow.
