Woman and dog die in Swansea house fire

A woman and her pet dog have died following a house fire in Swansea.

Three crews were called to the terraced property in Manselton at 1540 GMT on Wednesday.

The Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said fire investigators are trying to establish the cause of the blaze, which started in the living room.

Fifteen fire officers used breathing apparatus to locate the woman who has not been named.
