Does your business communicate with non-English speakers? This historical footage from the TIS National archive shows just how important it is to use a professional interpreter. Technology may have advanced over the years but interpreters are still just as important now for accurate, reliable and personable interpreting. TIS National has been helping businesses communicate with non-English speakers for 50 years now through the first phone interpreting service offered globally. TIS National offers immediate and pre-booked phone interpreting, video remote and on-site interpreting. Learn more at www.tisnational.gov.au #ThrowbackThursday #TISNational

From July 2024, the provisional Business Innovation and Investment visa (subclass 188) will close to new applications and expressions of interest. Applications that have already been lodged will continue to be processed in line with government processing priorities and migration planning levels. Current subclass 188 visa holders who meet the criteria may still apply for the Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888). If eligible, 188 visa holders may apply for the extension stream if they require extra time to meet 888 visa requirements. More information will be available on our website soon.
