Fuze Review

PROS: I love that this software comes in mobile version. I get to access my contacts whenever the needs arise as long as I have my phone with me.

CONS: There are times when connectivity is an issue with this software. It also takes a while to contact their support team for updating contacts.

PROS: This software makes the job easier for our IT team. It is well-designed and it comes in a mobile version. I love that it gives me a lot of options for configuration for both mobile and desktop use. They made recent changes on the screen sharing and info viewing features which made the experience with this software a lot better for us.

CONS: There are times when we encounter issues about headset use with this software. The company could do better in terms of management and customer support service. They need to work on their Paltronics integration for it to be on par with that of their competitors on the market. More analytics feature and access would also be appreciated.

PROS: Fuze is well-designed and user-friendly. We now use this platform instead of desk phones.

CONS: They could work on improving their application’s load time.

PROS: This platform has several great features that facilitate remote communication. It has good search capabilities and a screen sharing feature. It also allows users to modify their chat responses. It can be easily integrated with Office 365 and synched with the users’ calendar.

CONS: There is a lot of room for improvement in this software. It takes a while to load when using the screen sharing feature in a meeting that involves many participants. Its chat capabilities cannot be used simultaneously with the screen sharing feature. We also encounter issues about software use, especially whenever they release a new version.

PROS: This cost-friendly software facilitates our international communications. We are having a great experience using this for audio calls. It helps us stay in contact with our users and communicate with them more effectively.

CONS: We would have a better experience with this software if their updates come less often and with more improvements each time.

PROS: Fuze is an amazing software that enables us to conduct HD audio and video calls.

CONS: We are having a wonderful experience with this modern VoIP solution. There is nothing to dislike about it so far.

PROS: Fuze provides us a venue for calling, messaging, and videoconferencing.

CONS: I wish they would provide an option to put your contacts from the platform on a separate list from your call log.

PROS: I have tried using several other videoconferencing tools and nothing works better for me than Fuze. It works seamlessly and its audio and video is of superior quality.

CONS: I hope they will add more customization options in this software’s future versions. Even simple settings that allow for changing of wallpapers and background colors would help a lot in improving user experience.

PROS: One of the benefits of subscribing to this platform is it eliminates the need to maintain a server hardware. It is a cloud-based and user-friendly solution with a highly comprehensive set of features.

CONS: Fuze has its limitations as a cloud-based software. Users need to go through a registration process to add new phones.

PROS: I love that it has an uncomplicated UI design. Fuze makes it really easy to handle calls.

CONS: I wish I don’t need to update the software as frequently as they want me to. This issue may be occurring due to the pandemic. I hope they will be able to fix this soon.

PROS: I prefer Fuze over all other similar products on the market. It is user-friendly and it comes in a small package. A good number of its features are available for use in a free trial version.

CONS: Fuze is a reliable platform. In my experience, working with it has been smooth and trouble-free. I am extremely satisfied with it so far.
