First we had beauty advent calendars, and then beauty Easter eggs became a thing – and there are new ones for 2024.

Easter Sunday lands on March 31 this year and, whether you celebrate the Christian holiday or you just choose to use the time to spend with family or friends, you may be on the lookout for gift ideas. If you want something a little different to the usual chocolate treats, a beauty Easter egg might do just the trick. It's arguably a bit more of a unique approach, and will last a lot longer (if you're anything like us, anyway!).

Whether trying out makeup products, or indulging in the occasional pamper session, there's something for everyone in this selection of beauty bundles.

Lookfantastic made a name for itself with its best-selling advent, and the Beauty Easter Egg has also been known to sell out frequently. It is worth an impressive £206, but retailing for £60. As expected, it's currently labelled as "selling fast" – and has free UK delivery.

GlossyBox's Easter-themed beauty bundle comes in at the slightly lower price of £40, but the overall product value is also less (coming in at £167, according to the retailer). The pastel pink ombre egg design, which houses the products, is also particularly eye-catching.

Lookfantastic already boasts one of the most sought-after beauty calendars, and it's cracked it (sorry) again with its Easter egg of beauty goodness.

It houses a collection of 7 products, worth over £206 – but on sale for just £60.

The ELEMIS Superfood Facial Oil (full-size) is worth £50 just on its own, and there's also some Anastasia Beverly Hills and Caudalie in the mix too. The full product list and sizes for each can be seen in the description on the website.

Worth over £167, the price tag of £40 is impressive. It boasts 12 products inside the pastel egg design, with brands including L'Oreal, Elemis, Bondi Sands and Elf.

A great gift, in place of chocolate, for the beauty fanatic in your life (or even a treat for yourself, if you're in need of some self-care).
