Education Committee

The Education Committee has cognizance of all matters relating to the Department of Education, the Office of Early Childhood and the Technical Education and Career System, and school building projects, local and regional boards of education, the substantive law of collective bargaining covering teachers and professional employees of such boards, vocational rehabilitation, and libraries, including the State Library, museums and historical and cultural associations.
