Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Swansea are still giving it a go.
Brentford are still standing up to everything they throw at them.

Ian Walsh
Former Wales striker on BBC Radio Wales
Brentford have managed the game really well but I just don't think Swansea have turned up today
Post update
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
The Bees have a corner and they're thrown everyone forward to...
No, I'm kidding.
They're keeping it in the corner.
Boos all round
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Gareth Vincent
BBC Sport Wales at Wembley
The attendance at Wembley is 11,689.
The announcement of that figure prompted boos all round, with both sets of fans presumably unhappy that more tickets were not made available.
For Brentford's followers especially, this looks like being a day when many will wish they could have been present.
Post update
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Brentford midfielder Emiliano Marcondes asks for more support from the Bees fans.
They respond with a huge roar.
They have had so many final disappointments but today, finally, it has all come together.
Marcondes is replaced by Mads Bidstrup for the final few moments.

Rob Stevens
BBC Sport at Wembley
Six minutes of added time should be relatively comfortable for the Bees fans.
The west London club are so close to ending their 74-year exile from the top flight.
Their first-half performance blew Swansea away.
Emiliano Marcondes, who made it 2-0, milked the applause as he was substituted just now.
Post update
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Brentford are six stoppage time minutes from the Premier League.
Post update
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
A free-kick into the Brentford area is only half-cleared by Winston Reid and Yan Dhanda has a go from the edge of the area but his shot flies away into the stand.
Post update
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Swansea midfielder Connor Roberts hurls a long throw into the area but Ethan Pinnock is there to head away.
You feel for the Swans who were giving it a go up until Jay Fulton's unfortunate red card but they haven't made Brentford goalkeeper David Raya make a save today.
Post update
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Swansea win a free-kick 30 yards out down their left.
Ryan Manning swings it in but it is just straight at Brentford goalkeeper David Raya.
SUBSTITUTION
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Another Swansea change.
Jake Bidwell is off and Ryan Manning is on.

Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Jed Wallace
Millwall midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live
The red card has taken the stuffing out of Swansea a little bit. Brentford look like they're destined for the Premier League.
Post update
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Into the last 10 minutes now and 10-man Swansea have resorted to pumping it long which isn't their game at all.
Ivan Toney has a chance to really wrap it up but hits his shot straight at Jake Bidwell.
SUBSTITUTION
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Brentford defender Pontus Jansson has picked up a knock and he's off.
Veteran Winston Reid, formerly of West Ham, is on.
Post update
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Just on the Jay Fulton red card for Swansea.
I have to say I've never seen anything like it in my life.
On first viewing it looks like an absolute horror tackle from behind.
However, replays show that the Scot inadvertently catches Mathias Jensen on the heel and loses his footing to end up with his feet wrapped around Jensen's legs.
It was a complete accident but, with no VAR, you can see why the referee has sent him off from the angle he saw it from.
Sort of sums up Swansea's day I guess.
SUBSTITUTION
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Brentford midfielder Emiliano Marcondes takes a dip with a free-kick from 30 yards out and it flies over.
That's the cue for the Bees to make two changes, Saman Ghoddos and Marcus Forss are on and Vitaly Janelt and Sergi Canos are off.

Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Rob Stevens
BBC Sport at Wembley
It just isn't Swansea's day.
Their fans have not been happy with referee Chris Kavanagh for most of the game and that decision has cemented their dislike of the man in the middle.
The replays show that Fulton trod on the back of Jenson's ankle and then lost his balance.
I don't think it was really intentional by the Swans midfielder.
With Brentford 2-0 up and now facing 10 men for the final quarter of the game, surely their long wait to return to the top flight will be over.
If they let this slip, then their historical play-off curse must be real.
YELLOW CARD
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
Brentford's Vitaly Janelt is booked for a foul on Connor Roberts.
The free-kick is cleared away.
RED CARD - Jay Fulton (Swansea)
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
That's surely going to be game over now.
Swansea are on the attack and the ball is loose down their left, Jay Fulton and Mathias Jenssen chase it and the Bees man is first to it.
Fulton loses his footing as he goes to challenge but he's off the floor and it's from behind.
SUBSTITUTION
Brentford 2-0 Swansea
A second Swans sub.
Aston Villa loanee Conor Hourihane is off and Yan Dhanda is on.
