The app is super cool. It just has many points of improvement, that's why my 4 stars. If I mention some of them are: There's no lighting options for fresh water planted aquariums. (Like mine). You can't erase notifications or select which ones go by SMS or by Email. I still haven't used the Auto Top off, nor the auto dosser. But in general, the options are quiet straight forward. Thumbs up 👍.

Constantly crashes putting reef at high risk! I would not have purchased my Reefer G2+ 425 if I had known how poorly this app operates. Every morning at least one component loses connectivity. It is so bad that I had to install a Kasa switch to turn off the power strip for one minute to recycle the power. There is a horrible lag time anytime you need to adjust a component. Light programming is very limited. We replaced the Red Sea lighting and wave pumps with Current USA.

CAN'T CONNECT? MUST READ! Get a router that let's you split your WiFi bands. DO NOT USE SMART CONNECT! Seperate your 2.4g & 5g WiFi bands, DO NOT COMBINE them into a single name (ssid). If you have a router that does this automatically, and does not let you split your WiFi bands, that's on YOU. Not Red Sea. That is why you cannot connect! You made a poor decision & a bad purchase. Get a new router that gives you that kind of control over your WiFi & you'll be good to go. A S U S.
