F/32/5’7” [256>148=108] 2021 vs 2023!
F/29/5’7” [260 lbs > 225 lbs = 35 lbs] (11 months) Was feeling good about the weight loss, but seeing it side by side makes me feel I don’t see much difference at all 😕

F/39/5'7" [360lbs>260lbs>170lbs =190lbs lost] 2 years ago it was hard to even walk for very long. Now I run 2 miles a day and am getting really close to my goal weight.
