F/28/5’1” [200Lbs > 130lbs = 70lbs] You can see the weight loss in my face, but what I see is an entirely different person. I’m healthier and stronger mentally and physically! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

M/29/5'1" [252>165=87] From 252 lbs to 165. A lot of ppl say they weren't happy b4 losing weight. Well, I still was. I lost/am losing weight b/c of my overall health, but even heavier, I was happy, smiling, and enjoying life! I am now able to do all of that a little better. Always love yourself.

I started losing when I was 15 (180lbs), I will be 18 in a month and weigh 130lbs. Only 15 pounds till my goal weight. Im 5'1". Words can't describe how good it feels to not be ashamed of my body.

M/19/5'1" [150 lbs > 117 lbs = 33 lbs] 7th month today of calisthenics workout. Ever since the lockdown due to covid-19, i started my journey. Well it's not much but a small progress is still a progress right?

F/20/5'1" [176 lbs > 125 lbs = 51 lbs] (9 Months) I had a lot of fun today going through my old clothes that don't fit anymore to donate them. Not the classical progress pic but it felt pretty rewarding so I thought I'd share with you 😊

F/21/5"1 [176 lbs > 125 lbs = 51 lbs] I'm intuitively maintaining now. Sometimes I feel like I still look like the overweight version of myself, like I didn't change. So I keep making these side by side comparisons that remind me of the progress I'm living! Stay positive! 🌞

M/23/5'1" [230 lb > 209 lb = 21lbs down ] (5.5 months); I didn't think that the change was that noticable, but after looking at a picture of myself from August '18, I can say that I'm starting to see some face-gains! Left: 230lbs | Right: 209lbs
