M/37/6’6” [320 lbs > 250 lbs = 70 lbs loss] posted about a month ago on my progress and I’m happy to say I’m now at a stage where I’m having some good body recomposition while not gaining a single pound. I’m getting bigger while still losing fat and this is the best I’ve felt in a long time

M/17/6’6” 360lbs > 285lbs = 75lbs | it’s been 10 months since i started being in a caloric deficit and weightlifting. i still feel just as fat and ugly though and i can’t see much of a difference but maybe that’s just my body dysmorphia, insecurities and low self esteem kicking in

M/37/6’6” [320lbs > 250lbs = 70 lbs] a friend showed me this group and I’ve been enjoying watching everyone’s progress. This is a small accomplishment compared to most of you but I’m super proud of where I am today and I know I’m never going back to what I was.
