M/37/6’6” [320 lbs > 250 lbs = 70 lbs loss] posted about a month ago on my progress and I’m happy to say I’m now at a stage where I’m having some good body recomposition while not gaining a single pound. I’m getting bigger while still losing fat and this is the best I’ve felt in a long time

M/38/6’6” [330 > 247 = 83 lbs](6 years/3 months) got down to 250 by calorie counting, but stopped during the pandemic. Got up to 289 in Feb. but now I’m back on the wagon.

M/17/6’6” 360lbs > 285lbs = 75lbs | it’s been 10 months since i started being in a caloric deficit and weightlifting. i still feel just as fat and ugly though and i can’t see much of a difference but maybe that’s just my body dysmorphia, insecurities and low self esteem kicking in
