M/25/6’7 [365lbs > 230lbs = 135lbs] 3 years ago today I stepped foot in a gym, for the first time. This has been one of biggest achievement of my life , my only regret is wishing I’d started sooner. Well for now I guess the journey continues.

M/26/6'7" [323lbs> 221lbs= 102lbs] (9 monthss) Never used to look in mirrors, so seeing photos from a friend's wedding hit me really hard. Never going back. Looking forward to my first ultra marathon.

M/36/6’7” [300lbs > 265lbs = 35lbs] (5 months) Shoutout to the tall folk who can hide big weight swings. Congratulate me for moving my BMI out of “obese”, then tell me to get back to work because I’m starting to stagnate. (2nd pic is true “after”, 3rd is more of a glowup-y pose.)
