Birmingham have appointed former Derby caretaker boss Terry Westley as the club's new academy manager. Westley took over as caretaker boss at Derby at the beginning of the year following the sacking of Phil Brown.
However, despite his stint in charge he was overlooked for the job on a full-time basis and former Preston boss Billy Davies landed the post.
Westley has an impressive pedigree in bringing through young talent following spells at Ipswich, Charlton and Luton.
He left his post as the Rams' academy boss several days ago.
