Hillary Clinton defeated Donald Trump in New Jersey with a comfortable 13 percentage point margin, garnering New Jersey's 14 electoral votes. That difference is much smaller than Obama's 2012 victory, where he won by a margin of nearly 18 percentage points.

NJ Advance Media has compiled town-by-town results of the presidential election. The vote counts and percentages are included in the interactive map below. Hover over your city to see how it voted on Tuesday.

Rural areas in New Jersey overwhelmingly voted for the GOP businessman while the state's urban centers massively threw their support behind the former First Lady.

These are unofficial results and are subject to change as every county finishes counting their provisional and mail-in votes.
