NBC has added two more comedies to its 2015-16 lineup: “Crowded,” from “Hot in Cleveland” creator Suzanne Martin, and workplace vehicle “Superstore.” Both are from Universal Television.

“Crowded” is a multicamera series about an empty-nester couple who are starting to reclaim their wild side when their two daughters unexpectedly move back in. Patrick Warbuton and Carrie Preston star with Miranda Cosgrove and Mia Serafino as the daughters. Martin is exec producing for Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner’s Hazy Mills banner.

America Ferrera and Ben Feldman topline the “Superstore” ensemble in a show that revolves around employees of a big-box chain store. Justin Spitzer wrote the pilot and exec produces with David Bernad and director Ruben Fleischer.

The orders for “Crowded” and “Superstore” follow NBC’s pickup of “People Are Talking,” a multi-cam comedy starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar.

“Talking” centers around two diverse couples who are neighbors and best friends. The “Saved by the Bell” alum will star with Meaghan Rath, Tone Bell and Bresha Webb.

The multi-cam project was written by D.J. Nash who exec produces with Will Packer and “How I Met Your Mother’s” Pam Fryman, who directed the pilot.

Thursday’s orders join Eva Longoria’s “Telenovela,” which was given a straight-to-series order, and the revival of “Coach,” starring Craig T. Nelson. New sitcoms “The Carmichael Show” and “Mr. Robinson” will premiere this summer.

On the drama side, the network ordered “Blindspot” from Greg Berlanti, medical drama “Heartbreaker,” Wesley Snipes thriller “The Player” (formerly titled “Endgame”), Carol Mendelsohn’s “Game of Silence,” and the “Chicago Fire” spinoff “Chicago Med,” for the 2015-16 season. Jennifer Lopez’s “Shades of Blue” and the Oz-inspired “Emerald City” were also given straight-to-series orders.
