CHARLES M. CARROW, SR.

Charles M. Carrow, RPA, SMA is the founder, President and CEO of Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC.  Mr. Carrow has been active in real estate, property management and construction since 1983 when he completed his service in the United States Navy.  Prior to founding Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC, Mr. Carrow served as a principal and senior executive at one of the regions most successful real estate companies. For more than 20 years, he has been involved in property management, construction management, leasing and development.  Mr. Carrow is qualified as a Real Property Administrator (RPA) and a Certified Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA).  He is also an IRS Section 42 Housing Tax Credit Certified Specialist.  He is past-President of the Capital Region Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), a member of the Building Owners & Managers Institute International (BOMI) and the Society of Property Professionals. Mr. Carrow currently serves as a Board Member and acting Treasurer of the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District. 

ANTHONY J. CARROW

Anthony J. Carrow, RPA is Executive Vice President for Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC.  Prior to co-founding Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC, Mr. Carrow was a Senior Manager with one of the regions largest property management companies.  He has considerable experience in facility operations, property management, project management, contract negotiations and client relations.  He has overall property management and operations responsibility for all real estate in the Carrow portfolio.  Mr. Carrow currently serves as Vice President of the Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association, has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and is an IRS Section 42 Housing Tax Credit Certified Specialist.  He is an 18-year active member of the Westmere Fire Department and served as Fire Chief from 2000 to 2006.

STEPHEN P. ROSENBLATT

Stephen Rosenblatt is Vice President, Leasing and Development, for Carrow Real Estate Services. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, holds a B.S. degree in Economics from The State University of New York at Albany and is a Licensed New York State Real Estate Broker. An Albany “native,” Stephen has a unique passion for developing the area as well as the expertise and innovation to bring creative business ideas to revitalizing the Capital District. In January of 2006, Stephen was part of the core strategic team that founded Carrow Real Estate Services, a full-service commercial real estate firm serving clients in the private and public sectors. In two short years, Stephen has helped Carrow grow its portfolio from 1 Million to over 3 Million sq ft of commercial leased and managed property, and has elevated Carrow to being the leading, private, locally-owned firm in the area. The firm has also decreased its vacancy rate from 35% to less than 10% for their managed portfolio. In fact since Stephen and the Carrow team took over management and leasing of the largest privately-owned building in the area, One Commerce Plaza, 99 Washington Ave, the 20-floor, 850,000 sq ft office/retail space is fully leased − the first time in the building’s 40-year history. Stephen is an active member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAR) and serves on the Board of Directors of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB) where he chairs the annual golf event, raising money for local charity. He is very active on various projects with the Albany Business Improvement District Leasing and Planning Committee. A Bethlehem Town resident, Stephen has volunteered his professional expertise to participate in the Waterfront Advisory Committee lending support for focus groups and discussions on the economic development of the Hudson River waterfront, south of Albany. Stephen sits on the board of the Albany Heart Association, was a member of the Capital Regional Business Leaders fundraising initiative for the MS Society of NENY, and is on the planning committee for the Regional Food Bank’s Chefs’ and Vintners’ Annual Harvest Dinner.

The key to Stephen’s continual career growth and business success is in his relationships. Just ask Yono. Stephen worked with Yono, Donna and Dominick Purnomo for over a year to get these restaurateurs the perfect new location to grow their successful business. Stephen worked with the Department of State for nearly 2 years with weekly negotiations to get the 550+ person, 125,000 sq ft new office location for the DOS headquarters. Last year alone, Stephen was working with many new restaurants and business to find real estate locations in downtown Albany. With a knack for lease negotiations, an understanding of client needs and a keen business sense, Stephen enjoys the ever-changing landscape of commercial real estate in the Albany area and is looking forward to his career development as Carrow’s continued growth goals include expansion of managed portfolio throughout the US. Stephen lives in Delmar with his wife Sara, daughter Ella and son Benjamin. Balancing work and home life, Stephen enjoys being Ella’s soccer coach as well as taking the needed time to volunteer in Ben’s co-op preschool, bringing in one of the dogs for letter “D” day. 

CHRISTINE CULLAM

Christine Cullam serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC.  Prior to joining Carrow, Ms. Cullam was Controller for one of the Capital Regions largest real estate development and property management companies.  She has more than 15 years of experience in real estate finance and accounting.  In addition to her experience in office and commercial real estate, Ms. Cullam is a Tax Credit Certified Specialist and qualified to manage compliance reporting for IRS Section 42 Housing programs. She is also a graduate of Siena College .

DON HARRIS

Don Harris, CPM is Vice President of Real Estate Services.  Mr. Harris joined Carrow Real Estate Services, LLC with over 20 years of experience as a real estate professional.  Prior to joining Carrow, he spent 12 years in Corporate Real Estate with a major financial institution, Fleet Boston, later acquired by Bank of America during his tenure where he managed a 6,000,000 sq ft portfolio of office space, retail branches, operation centers and data centers throughout New York and New Jersey.  He is also experienced in multi-family property management, project management, leasing and dispositions.  Mr. Harris is a graduate of Syracuse University , holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker.

COLLEEN SLIFFE

Colleen Sliffe is Vice President of Real Estate Services for Carrow Real Estate Services in Kansas City. Ms. Sliffe joined Carrow with over 10 years of commercial real estate property management experience. Prior to her real estate experience, Ms. Sliffe spent 8 years in Maintenance and Traffic Management at Missouri Department of Transportation, and 4 years in Marketing at Virginia Port Authority. Ms. Sliffe has managed over 30 properties consisting of 2.5 million sf of retail, office, industrial and a 550,000 sf convention center. Her experience includes the coordination and completion of numerous due diligence packages for properties remaining under her management during ownership transition. For the last three years, she has managed Summit Technology Campus, a 1.1 million sf campus in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, consisting of tenants such as Homeland Security, CVS Caremark, AT&T, Quest Diagnostics, and several national investment companies. She is a member of the Kansas City Chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association and a current candidate for the RPA designation.
