- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged

Activation Procedure
- For iOS: Click the 'Settings' icon and select the 'WiFi' button > Switch the WiFi button to 'ON' > Select the SSID code which is written on the router's label > Enter the password which is written on the router's label > Once you see a WiFi icon on the upper left side of your phone's screen and a checkmark near the SSID code, you are already connected
- For Android: Click the 'Settings' icon > Click the 'WiFi' icon > Switch the WiFi button to 'ON' > Select the SSID code which is written on the router's label > Enter the password which is written on the router's label > Once you see a WiFi icon on the upper right side of your phone's screen, and a checkmark near the SSID code, you are already connected
Pick Up Information
- Present your voucher when you pick up the device
- Devices can only be picked up and returned during business hours
Drop Off/Return Information
- It is possible to drop off the item at a location different from where it was picked up. Please select your drop off location at booking confirmation page.
- You can return your device at any airport, except for New Chitose Airport Domestic and International terminals, which do not have return boxes

- Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: JPY1,000
- Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: JPY500
- Loss, damage, or breakage of charging cable: JPY1,000
Cancellation policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 day(s) before the selected activity date
